Walking, Cycling, Golfing, Fishing, Water Sports and much more, Argyll has it all. Scotland’s Adventure Coast is aptly named, and this deceptively spacious wee cottage is the ideal place to start your adventures from.

Fancy a Fishing Holiday? Plenty of choice here for the keen angler, with Rainbow, Brown & Sea Trout a common catch. Salmon can also be found in some of the local Lochs & rivers. You know what to do to find your own wee spot of peace & quiet.
Plenty of people enjoy a Water Sports Holiday, either swimming in the nearby lochs or stand up paddle boarding (SUP). If exploring the watery world beneath is more your thing dive right in to find out how by tickling the fish ... or the diver 😉

The Stable Studio, Argyll is a self catering accommodation within the generous grounds of a private residence. Free parking for the holiday home is off road, accessed via a private driveway entrance.
The accommodation sleeps two adults in comfort and has an open plan layout with a lounge, dining & bedroom area plus a kitchenette. There is a separate & private shower room with a heated towel rail.
Guests are welcome to responsibly use the front garden area on the main property grounds. This includes a bench seat with beautiful views over the mountains and the Firth of Clyde.
The property is dog friendly for well behaved companions, with a maximum of two small / medium size pet guests allowed in the studio. By way of size example, a medium size pet would be a Cocker Spaniel dog. A maximum of one large size dog is allowable.
If you are unsure about whether you and your dog(s) will have sufficient space in the studio please ask before booking your stay.
The Stable Studio, Argyll is ideally situated in Hunters Quay, less than 0.5 miles from the Gourock to Dunoon car ferry terminal (operator is Western Ferries). After a potentially long journey, you will be thankful of that 😉
Hunters Quay, Dunoon is on the Cowal peninsula of Argyll, and the nearby area offers a variety of walking and cycling routes including the popular Pucks Glen waterfall trail and the Camel’s Hump which offers spectacular views of the area. Other local activities including golfing, fishing, sailing, swimming and diving.
Benmore Botanical Gardens is 6.5 miles away with Cowal Golf Club just over a mile distance from the studio. Dunoon town centre is less than 2 miles distance.
Public transport facilities are nearby and well served.

Please note that a refundable Security Deposit of £100 is payable, and will be automatically added to your account at the time of booking your stay.
The Deposit is held to cover small breakages / damage to the property / contents, and other possible events. For full details please refer to the Terms & Conditions in the ‘Important Information’ section at the foot of this page.
Rest assured we are following current guidance in respect of Covid-19 protocols, including the cleaning of your accommodation.
The Stable Studio, Argyll is for the exclusive use of our guests and does not share any internal areas with the main residence. It is completely independent and self sufficient for your stay.
Between guest bookings the accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
Covid-19 Booking Cancellation
Before Arrival: If you contract Coronavirus, develop symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate before arrival you must not travel.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to rebook your holiday at any time up to the end of 2022.
After Arrival: If you contract Coronavirus or develop symptoms during your stay you should check out and return home immediately if you are well enough to do so. If you are not well enough to travel home you should seek local medical advice and follow their instructions.
Whilst keeping everyone safe through social distancing etc please speak to us as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation and how best to proceed. We will help you as much as we can.
We will also follow medical advice, and you can be confident we will try to resolve an already difficult situation with minimal further distress or risk to all of us.
